HouseNote ("this site") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
This site has no accounts or sign-up, and we do not collect directly identifying information such as your name or ID number. For normal operation and analytics, the following non-identifying data may be collected automatically:
- Pages visited, time on page, and navigation path
- Device type, operating system, and browser
- Approximate country/region (from IP, non-identifying) and access time
- Referrer and search terms (when arriving from a search engine)
- Any message you choose to send us by email
2. Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. This site does not currently serve personalized advertising.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We use the following service providers:

This site is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child's information was collected, contact contact@housenote.kr and we will delete it.

Articles may link to external sites that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their handling of your information.

All traffic is served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
